Finding time, sharing time

Post by kemoSnake » Wed Jun 16, 2010 8:26 am

I was reading She Prep today and Beth talks about finding time in the summer to get all the necessities done, like mowing the lawn. Her neighbor George called to apologize about not getting his yard done because he'd been so busy at work. (Nice of him to call!) I wonder if there's a way to trade time - mow his lawn for something else. Or even, mow his lawn in order to free up time to have them over for the cookout that she mentions. Can we offer ideas to the She's like this to help the He's in their lives??

I hope people already do this.

BUT at the same time, it's an interesting concept to do a "random act of kindness" in order to have time for another act of kindness/hospitality.
