Is Apple becoming THE MAN??

Jon Stewart asked this question the other night on his show but that was even before Steve Jobs began lashing out towards flash. Is it true that Apple is becoming "the man" I know we always saw them as the underdog but I hope this sort of behavior does not continue. Especially after sending the police to kick down the door of the editor of Gizmodo while he was having a family dinner. Ridiculous! :o

This is the same clip that Stewart aired on the program from a Mac ad in 1984.
